If Roborock caused a sensation at the IFA with its new products, Dreame was not far behind, with its own many innovations! Robot vacuum cleaners, of course, but also a new version of its robot lawnmower, as well as a robot for the swimming pool.
The stars of the IFA: Dreame household robots
Let's start with one of the darlings of the event: the Dreame L40 Ultra. This robot vacuum cleaner, launched with great fanfare at the IFA, is the ideal partner for keeping your home sparkling clean. With its MopExtend™ RoboSwing technology, this little gem of technology reaches areas that other vacuum cleaners don't even dare to consider! Thanks to its cleaning arm that extends up to 4 cm under furniture, no corner escapes it. The L40 Ultra is also equipped with an extendable side brush that allows it to perfectly clean along walls and in the dusty corners. Wondering if it will be able to cope with pet hair or stubborn dirt? No worries: its 11,000 Pa suction power makes them disappear in the blink of an eye.
Another new feature to highlight: its dirt recognition system with an RGB camera and integrated AI. You no longer adjust the cleaning power, it does! Imagine: it sees a stain, it knows how to treat it. Dreame has thought of everything to make our lives easier. And to top it all off, the L40 Ultra base station does everything by itself: it washes the mops at 65°C, dries them to prevent mold, and fills and empties itself automatically. One less chore!
Zoom on the Dreame H14 Pro: for deep cleaning
Are you looking for a versatile appliance for uncompromising cleaning? The Dreame H14 Pro is here to meet your expectations. It is a 2-in-1 stick vacuum cleaner, capable of going under the lowest furniture thanks to its ultra-flat 180-degree design. No more contortions to reach those famous hard-to-reach areas! And that's not all: it has an innovative motor, the Liquid Separation Motor™, which guarantees continuous and powerful suction, even when the vacuum cleaner is flat. With its 18,000 Pa of power, the H14 Pro leaves nothing behind. It vacuums, washes and dries your floors in a single pass. And if you're wondering how it copes with more delicate floors or difficult corners, know that it has a double-edged brush that goes all the way up to skirting boards. Robot lawnmower A2: it even mows the edges!
We had the opportunity to discover the new robot lawnmower
Dreame A1 during a full test a few weeks ago. An innovative robot, but which is already seeing its V2 arrive, with the Dreame A2 model. If the design is very close to the A1, this new version now has a camera with artificial intelligence at the front, in addition to its Lidar on the top, to better detect and manage obstacles.
An ingenious system also allows the plate controlling the cutting blades to move to the edge of the robot, so that it can cut the grass as close as possible to the edges. No more uncut 5cm edges that required the passage of the roto wire from time to time.
By the way, this new model sees its mowing surface increase to 3000m2, which will allow it to treat even the largest gardens.

Pool robot: it is finally arriving in Europe!
Dreame had given us a glimpse of a pool robot at the
previous IFA, but which was intended for the American market. A new Z1 model is arriving this time in Europe (including France of course) for next spring as well. Capable of cleaning the bottom and walls of the pool, it is also the only robot that can move horizontally on the waterline to brush and clean it!Here again, we will come back to it when we have more official information.
The future of cleaning robots: Dreame innovates again
Dreame does not just offer devices. At IFA, they also presented four new technologies that could well change our lives. Let's talk about the ProLeap™ system for example: this little genius allows the robot vacuum cleaner to adapt and overcome obstacles (yes, even door thresholds!) by raising itself slightly thanks to its motorized arm. No more need to worry about it getting stuck under a chair or a thick carpet. Another innovation: the VersaLift™ Navigation. This ultra-precise navigation system allows the robot to scan its environment in 360 degrees without having to turn. It adjusts its height to slip under low furniture, while using an AI-powered camera to avoid obstacles. A real technological feat that makes cleaning even more efficient.
And for those who are tired of hair getting tangled in the brushes of their robot vacuum cleaners, Dreame has the solution: the HyperStream™ Detangling DuoBrush. This technology prevents hair and fur from getting stuck thanks to a brush specially designed to detangle them before they even become a problem.
A vision for the future
Dreame proves once again that it is a key player in domestic innovation. Their ability to understand and anticipate consumer needs is impressive. Whether it is the L40 Ultra, the H14 Pro, or their innovative systems like the ProLeap™ or the VersaLift™, Dreame clearly shows its desire to simplify daily life with style and efficiency. The race for innovation is however arduous, since if these revolutionary technologies ProLeap™ or the VersaLift™ are enticing, the product presented was still only a prototype, without a release date. While these technologies are well and truly available on the latest model announced by Roborock a few meters further… Which will ultimately be the most efficient? We will try to find out during future tests ;-)
