The world of robot vacuum cleaners is already very prolific, but a new kid on the block could well come and make its mark very soon. The Eureka J15 Pro Ultra has just been unveiled at the famous IFA show in Berlin. The company is not new, since it has been around for over a century. However, it was better known in the United States. But that was before. With this model, Eureka marks a turning point in autonomous cleaning in Europe, by offering new technologies that promise to make our homes cleaner without any extra effort. So, what makes this little gem so special? Fasten your seatbelts, we'll take you to discover the secrets of this technological marvel!

A self-cleaning base that changes the game
We know about robot vacuum cleaners that vacuum the floor and empty themselves. We also know about robots that wash the floor and empty their dirty water. But there is still one cleaning job we have to do: the station itself. Well, the Eureka J15 Pro Ultra introduces the industry's first self-cleaning base. This base is indeed capable of cleaning itself, a feat that prevents the accumulation of dirt and makes maintenance of the device practically non-existent.

How does it work? After each cleaning session, an integrated scraper removes debris from the cleaning bin and sends it to a collection area. This debris is then carefully dried before being stored in a dust bag for the next session. No more need to get your hands dirty, everything is automated! In short, this innovation makes the chore of cleaning the robot itself completely unnecessary. It's simply brilliant and so practical.

FlexiRazor: no more hassle with tangled hair
If you have pets or are a frequent shedder, you know how frustrating it can be when your robot vacuum’s brushes get tangled and filled with hair. Luckily, Eureka has thought of everything with its FlexiRazor™ technology, another industry first.

The principle is simple, but incredibly effective: high-density blades vibrate 400 times per minute to cut through the hair wrapped around the brush, preventing knots. This means a 99% reduction in hair tangles, according to laboratory test certifications.
We were able to see a live demonstration of it, and it is indeed very effective! Bye-bye to manual cleaning sessions to free the robot’s brushes!
Suction power: where the J15 Pro Ultra makes the difference
If you are already impressed by the innovations above, wait until you discover the suction power of the Eureka J15 Pro Ultra. This small, compact robot delivers an incredible suction force of 16,200 Pa, making it one of the most powerful robot vacuum cleaners on the market. To give you an idea, this power even exceeds that of some cylinder vacuum cleaners!

This suction capacity allows the J15 Pro Ultra to tackle all types of debris, from corn kernels to cereal crumbs to crushed chips. With such strength, no corner of your home will be left to chance.
ScrubExtend: for impeccable edges
Another challenge for robot vacuum cleaners? The corners and edges of walls! But thanks to ScrubExtend technology, the J15 Pro Ultra leaves nothing to chance. When it detects obstacles such as skirting boards or furniture legs, its extendable arm extends and cleans with formidable precision.

Tests by TÜV Rheinland have shown that this innovation covers 98.95% of edges with a precision margin of just 1.36 mm. In other words, your corners and edges will be as clean as the center of your rooms. A technology that makes the J15 Pro Ultra the ideal robot for those who want impeccable cleaning, even in the most difficult to reach places.
IntelliView AI: the brain behind efficiency
There is a lot of talk about artificial intelligence these days, and Eureka is no exception. The J15 Pro Ultra is equipped with IntelliView™ AI, an intelligent management system that automatically adapts cleaning according to the type of debris encountered. No more dust boxes full of wet dirt that end up sticking and clumping.
Thanks to IntelliView, the robot is able to distinguish dry debris from wet dirt. It therefore adapts its cleaning method accordingly. For example, when it detects a wet stain, it switches to mop mode, and raises the brush to avoid making it dirty unnecessarily. No more worrying about messy mixes!

Plus, the speed of the side brushes is automatically adjusted according to the type of debris, to prevent dirt from being scattered unnecessarily. The result: more efficient cleaning, cleaner floors and minimal intervention on your part.
When efficiency meets sustainability
If you're worried that these high-tech features aren't built to last, think again! The J15 Pro Ultra has been designed to withstand years of intensive use. Its extendable arm system, for example, has been tested more than 100,000 times in extreme conditions. This guarantees a longevity twice that of other models on the market. With daily use, the robot is designed to operate for at least 36 months, even in the busiest homes.

Availability and price
The Eureka J15 Pro Ultra will be available from the end of September 2024 in France, Italy, Germany and Spain, at a price of €1,099, which puts it in a very good position against the usual challengers such as Roborock, Dreame or Ecovacs for example. In any case, its features make it an ally of choice for cleaning. A full test is coming to the site soon!
